Go to your kitchen and get a metal spoon, tea spoons are alright doe
Get a lighter or candle, the bigger the better
Get duct tape next, wrap around 4 to 6 layers around the handle
Start heating the spoon with the lighter or candle for around 2 minutes, make it seriously hot
Go to a faucet or sink and turn on cold water
Hold the spoon under the faucet
Sidson will now be proud of you

I did this and literally nothing bad happened. It caused a slight thermal shock and the spoon turned a bit purple. Didn't break since it wasn't brittle. Always bet on nothing.
